Rosalinda Corpuz Bocobo, 73
Rosalinda Corpuz Bocobo,73, of Kahului, Maui, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones on July 1, 2021 at Maui Memorial Hospital. She was born on December 26, 1947 in Tampugo, Tagudin, Ilocos Sur, Philippines to Maria Cristeta Parada and Primitivo Corpuz. She immigrated to Hawaii with her family on May 27, 1988 and has worked at Young Laundry Dry Cleaning in Oahu, Napili Kai Resport, and at the Fairmont Kea Lani Hotel as a laundry attendant.
She is survived by her husband Herminio Bocobo, son’s Edwin (Angelyn) Damaso, Joseph, Kenneth, Sunny Al, and Walther (Amie Inouye) Bocobo, daughter’s Evelyn Bocobo, Marilou (Rexie) Magarin, Hermelyn (Kyle) McKeown, and Melinda Bocobo, her brothers Ricardo (Erly - deceased) Corpuz, Salvador (Chita - deceased) Corpuz. Her grandchildren Alyssa and Andrew
Damaso, Keanu and Keola Eldredge, Sean and Ryan Magarin, and Kenneth Bocobo, Jr., as well as many nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her mother, Maria Cristeta and father Primitivo Corpuz, sister Pacita (Francisco) Castro, and her daughter Heidi Liz Bocobo.
Visitation with be held on Friday July 30, 2021 from 6 pm to 9 pm at Norman’s Mortuary, and the memorial service will be on Saturday July 31, 2021 from 10 am to 1 pm, followed by a burial service at Valley Isle Memorial Park- Haiku at 2 pm.
Due to the COVID- 19 pandemic, strict precautions will be maintained. Masks will be required
for those who attend and social distancing will be maintained.
